E-ROM DQ500 Enhanced Kit – With race-level engineering, unleash the ultimate potential of the transmission system<\/p>\n

On the path to achieving ultimate performance, the reliability and robustness of the transmission system are the decisive factors. Based on extensive racing engineering experience, E-ROM has officially launched the newly upgraded DQ500 enhanced kit. This kit is specifically designed to deeply strengthen the DQ500 (0BT) dual-clutch transmission of the Volkswagen Group. It aims to meet the demanding requirements of high-level power upgrades, track racing, and extreme driving experiences, and can support a maximum of up to 1600 Nm<\/strong> of terrifying torque output on the wheels, laying a rock-solid foundation for performance.<\/p>\n

Our reinforcement concept goes beyond mere replacement; it lies in the systematic upgrade of the transmission’s bearing and power transmission system. This kit primarily consists of three key components that work together to achieve a qualitative leap:<\/p>\n

1. DQ500 8+7 Plus Enhanced Clutch Assembly<\/strong>
\n\u00b7 Structural Advancement: Abandoning the original factory 5+5 friction disc configuration, and adopting an 8+7<\/strong> friction disc reinforcement layout (a precise combination of K2 8-disc friction discs and K1 7-disc friction discs), significantly increasing the friction contact area.
\n\u00b7 Performance Enhancement: Under the condition of maintaining 18bar oil pressure in the TCU, it can provide 1600NM<\/strong> of clamping force and torque capacity.<\/p>\n

2. 10T Increased Diameter Cover (Chromoly Billet Housing Cover)<\/strong>
\n\u00b7 Material and Process: Using high-strength chromoly alloy steel billet, precisely machined by CNC, it possesses extraordinary toughness and resistance to deformation.
