A friction limited slip differential specifically designed for the Honda K20A series front wheel drive transmission. As a model of Honda’s high-performance naturally aspirated engine, K20A’s high-speed characteristics and excellent power output place extremely high demands on the transmission system. The original factory open differential is prone to problems such as inner drive wheel slip and uneven torque distribution under intense driving conditions, resulting in reduced cornering acceleration efficiency and decreased handling accuracy.
The E-ROM K20A friction type LSD adopts a multi plate clutch structure design, which achieves precise torque distribution control through a precise preloading spring system and high-performance friction materials, effectively improving the inherent understeer characteristic of front wheel drive vehicles.
