This product has been specially optimized for the unique torque steer problem of front-wheel drive vehicles, ensuring precise handling performance even under high power output.
– Gear material: Made of 8620 chrome-molybdenum alloy steel, carburized and quenched, with a surface hardness of HRC60.
– Rated torque: Can support up to 550 wheel torque.
– The housing is made of high-strength 6061 aluminum alloy, effectively reducing the width compared to traditional designs.
– Manufacturing process: Precision low-pressure forging combined with five-axis CNC precision machining.
