The E-ROM 6-speed sequential transmission is specifically developed for front-wheel drive racing cars and optimized for engines such as the L15B, B16B, and K20A. It adopts a compact design concept to achieve maximum transmission efficiency within a limited space. It minimizes power loss and provides precise shifting experience. This product has been specially optimized for the unique torque steer problem of front-wheel drive vehicles, ensuring precise handling performance even under high power output.
\n– Gear material: Made of 8620 chrome-molybdenum alloy steel, carburized and quenched, with a surface hardness of HRC60.
\n– Rated torque: Can support up to 550 wheel torque.
\n– The housing is made of high-strength 6061 aluminum alloy, effectively reducing the width compared to traditional designs.
\n– Manufacturing process: Precision low-pressure forging combined with five-axis CNC precision machining.
