The E-Rom DQ500 automatic clutch plate is renowned for offering high-quality upgrades. It employs expert-level engineering techniques, optimizes the friction material formula, and ensures rapid shift response, enhancing the driving experience. The friction characteristic curve is meticulously tuned and high-wear original basket components are carefully replaced. CNC-machined blank parts are used, with strict tolerance control, to increase friction and undergo artisanal assembly, providing high-quality transmission upgrades.
The DQ500 original components from the Volkswagen Group come with 5+5 friction discs. However, the E-ROM DQ500 is equipped with 6+8 friction discs. Under the 18bar oil pressure of the TCU, it can support up to 1200nm of torque, providing greater retention force and durability, reducing clutch slippage and enhancing performance.
Each level of upgrade offers a higher torque rating, providing a unique solution for each vehicle model, driver preferences, and budget.
