E-ROM DQ500 Enhanced Kit – With race-level engineering, unleash the ultimate potential of the transmission system

This kit is specifically designed to deeply strengthen the DQ500 (0BT) dual-clutch transmission of the Volkswagen Group. It aims to meet the demanding requirements of high-level power upgrades, track racing, and extreme driving experiences, and can support a maximum of up to 1600 Nm of terrifying torque output on the wheels, laying a rock-solid foundation for performance.
Our reinforcement concept goes beyond mere replacement; it lies in the systematic upgrade of the transmission’s bearing and power transmission system. This kit primarily consists of three key components that work together to achieve a qualitative leap:
1. DQ500 8+7 Plus Enhanced Clutch Assembly
· Structural Advancement: Abandoning the original factory 5+5 friction disc configuration, and adopting an 8+7 friction disc reinforcement layout (a precise combination of K2 8-disc friction discs and K1 7-disc friction discs), significantly increasing the friction contact area.
· Performance Enhancement: Under the condition of maintaining 18bar oil pressure in the TCU, it can provide 1600NM of clamping force and torque capacity.
2. 10T Increased Diameter Cover (Chromoly Billet Housing Cover)
· Material and Process: Using high-strength chromoly alloy steel billet, precisely machined by CNC, it possesses extraordinary toughness and resistance to deformation.
· Function Enhancement: The enlarged design not only enhances the overall structural rigidity, providing more robust protection for internal components, but also its excellent material properties help to more efficiently dissipate the heat generated by the clutch operation, ensuring stability during long periods of intense driving.
3. Clutch Pinion Sleeve (Enhanced Basket Component)
· Elimination of Weak Points: This upgrade solves the stress concentration and wear problems that may occur in the original factory component under extreme torque, ensuring an extremely strong and smooth transmission path from the flywheel to the clutch plates, and is an indispensable part for bearing extremely high torque.
